Social Listening provides subscription-based social media monitoring. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for credential security and activity on your account. One free trial per organization.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, or violate source platforms' terms. Data coverage is limited to connected public sources.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected plan. Plan changes take effect immediately.

No warranty

Reach metrics are estimates and coverage is not a full census. The service is provided "as is".
