• Account: the name, email and (hashed) password you provide at sign-up.
• Monitoring data: public content (posts, comments, author metadata) from social platforms matching the keywords you configure. This is sourced from third-party APIs and covers publicly available information only.
• Technical logs: IP address and basic activity for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To provide the monitoring service, compute metrics, send alerts and reports, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Monitoring data is kept while the account is active and for up to 90 days after termination, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data via our data deletion request form. We respond within 30 days.
